Personal Profile
KNOWLEDGE
As an experienced real estate agent, I will guide you through all the steps of buying or
selling a home, giving you continuous updates along the way. I believe that my skills in
communication, negotiation, and my knowledge of contracts and marketing will give you
every edge in the today's marketplace!
MY BACKGROUND
Coming from a musical background (my degrees are in music, violin performance
emphasis) having played with many orchestras such as the San Francisco Symphony, San
Francisco Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and toured with Western Opera Theater and as
lead violin with the Wayne Newton show, I began my career in real estate in 1997. With
my friends and colleagues in the music industry forming my real estate client base--
people who had known and trusted me for over twenty years, I was able to be in the top 2
percent of Century 21 agents nationwide for production and quality service in my first
full year. That was so exciting! From there, my musician clients referred me to music
professors, composers, conductors, and yes, non-musician friends and family. I currently
sell real estate in Alameda and Contra Costa counties working with people from all
different walks of life!
SUCCESS
Throughout my real estate career, I have earned Century 21's top honors of Centurian,
Masters, and Quality Service awards as well as a quarterly award for top performance in
our nine-county bay area region. Most importantly I have earned the trust of my clients
who continue to call me for advice, comps for refinancing, referrals to contractors, etc.
years after close of escrow. My business is based on repeat clients and client referrals to
their friends and family, and I strive to be their trusted real estate professional for life.
MY SPECIALTIES (AREAS, MUSICIANS, PEOPLE WITH PETS)
Because of my background in music, I understand the complexities of working with
musicians who may need a sound proof practice studio, level-in from the garage for
moving instruments between the studio and the car on a daily basis. They often commute
to S.F. twice a day (morning rehearsal, evening concert) and they'll cope with a bridge
but not a bridge and a tunnel, so a lot of my work is in Oakland, Piedmont, Alameda, El
Cerrito, Richmond, etc. With my non-musician clients I work all over Contra Costa
county in Lamorinda, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Concord, and out to Pittsburg,
Antioch, and Brentwood to name a few. I have also done numerous trust and probate
sales and am very familiar with their unique requirements. Because of my passion for
animals and my commitment to rescue groups, I am known as the pet friendly realtor,
helping people with animals from bunnies to horses relocate, working with horse
properties, properties with kennels, training facilities, you name it!

Buyer reviewDebbie was our agent for the sale of our home in 2016 and the sale of my deceased brother's house in 2022. Debbie is extremely personable, kind and understanding. She took into account difficulties I was having as a caregiver and was very patient. Debbie was on top of the process throughout. She promptly alerted me through texts and emails and responded quickly to my to questions. She arranged for inspections quickly and we were able to close in 30 days.

Seller reviewDebbie was outstanding from start to finish. My wife and I immediately connected with her and the personal touch she provided throughout the transaction was second to none. Debbie guided us through each and every step. This being a probate transaction made it even more challenging but Debbie made it seamless. We could not be more happy with the outcome. There was a tremendous amount of challenges along the way and Debbie carried us through each one of them. We could not be more impressed with Debbie and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is experienced and a class act.

Buyer reviewWe really felt like Debbie knew what she was doing every step of the way and she also listened to what we were thinking, asked really great questions and checked in with us often. She explained why she was advising things and offered many examples of what she'd experienced in the past. I really can't recommend her enough. Look no further!

Buyer reviewDebbie is a fantastic listener and takes a personal stake in finding you the right property. Her patience is exemplary. She is such a naturally positive person that it is a great pleasure to work with her.

Seller reviewDebbie consistently and astronomically (no joke) exceeded my expectations! She was absolutely terrific! I walked into this sale as a naive, frightened seller and by closing, I was a confident seller who knew what to expect, when to expect it, and what was next. Every step of the way, Debbie made sure that I knew what was going on and why. She gave me sound guidance on what would provide good value for the money in terms of repairs, remediation, inspections, and many other ways. The house was in a state of disrepair and Debbie suggested tradespeople who did exceptional work, in the time frame discussed, and with good communication! Before the offers came in, she told me what to expect, what I should look for, and why the biggest offer isn't necessarily the best. When the offers came in, she helped me wade through them. When I decided which to accept, she walked me through every step of escrow and closing. On top of all this, she supervised, documented, and relayed this to me as I live on the other side of the country. I know I used many superlatives and a lot of exclamations marks, but Debbie is truly fantastic!

Seller reviewSelling the home of a family member who was ill and had to move from his home of 47 years was a bit of a challenge given the property was in California and I live in Maine. We got Debbie Bellamy Reyes's name from a friend and it was a perfect fit right from the get-go. Debbie quickly understood the challenges we faced and essentially took over the management of the property after it was vacated; getting it ready for sale, doing inspections, checking on the property when it had to come off the market for a few months, communicating with buyer agents to keep them apprised of the property's status, and then managing the sale right through to closing. Debbie is extremely professional, very attentive to her client's needs, a clear and consistent communicator and a lot of fun to work with. If she only lived a little closer I'd use her again in a heartbeat for any real estate transaction.
