Seller reviewDebbie was recommended to me by the condo association where the condo is located. Debbie lives in a condo within "The Boulevard Club". Her knowledge of issues related to the condo that was sold was invaluable. She knows the floor plans and nuances related to the various condo's. The history of the condo's related to improvements and updates was invaluable due to objections from the buyer. The buyers realtor was terrible and caused Debbie grief that she was able to handle repeatedly. I live 1,500 miles from the condo and Debbie's communication with me was timely and appropriate. She had help me overcome multiple obstacles instigated by the buyers realtor. I can't say enough about my respect and admiration for all that Debbie did getting our condo sold.
