Sadly, over the years I've found that when stripped down to bare bones many realtors are mere salespeople who depend on their managers and clerical staff, especially during times of "red tape" type difficulty. We met Debbie when another agent was unable to show us a property. We were not interested in the property that we were shown however Debbie took the initiative to contact us with other properties that she thought that we may like.
