Seller reviewDebi Rozewski was very helpful, empathetic and kind during a very difficult time for us. We had to sell our son's home after his unexpected death. Debi had sold the house to our son. We live out of town and Debi helped us through the whole process. She helped us find a painter, landscaper and electrician to get the house in good shape to sell at the best price. My husband and I will be forever grateful for her kindness and knowledge. We would highly recommend her.

Buyer reviewI had started looking for a home in Wethersfield and we were pretty specific about location. This turned into looking at homes in towns 30 minutes away. She was always very willing to meet us at any house no matter the distance and was honest about her opinions of the condition of the property/actual value. It was always very apparent that Debi's goal was not chasing a commission but to get me into the right house that fit my needs and had the correct price tag. When it came to putting in actual offers she never pressured me to go a certain way, she gave me excellent advice and talked me though all of the legal verbiage so that my offers were reasonable and sound. When it finally came time to put in an aggressive offer on the house I finally ended up with, she gave such great advice as to how to form my offer that we were able to get the house within a fraction of a percent of the next highest offer. Credit was soley hers on that. In all, it was a VERY positive experience.
