She met ALL our unusual requirements, provided outstanding help with dealings with FEMA (flood zone issue), and understood when we took the property off the market due to the Covid pandemic. Once we were ready to put it back on the market, it sold within days and we got our asking price. Deb helped with the closing (we were out of town owners) and we got our money the day of closing. We have nothing but the greatest thanks and highest praise for Deb Hessling!
