As a licensed real estate professional, I have over 18 years experience listing & selling real estate in both Effingham and Fayette counties. I earned my Brokers License in 2006. Although I have earned numerous Top Producing sales awards since joining the CENTURY 21® system in 1993, my biggest award of all is serving my clients to ensure their home buying or selling process is a pleasurable and rewarding experience.

Seller reviewDebby Frailey was initially able to meet with us quickly, provided insight to a couple things that needed attention, and got us an estimate of what she thought the property was worth. Not long after that she had taken excellent pictures, and had the house on the market. Ultimately we ended up selling for asking price. There were delays on the buyers end that were out of our control, but I feel Debby kept on top of them and was constantly keeping us updated.
