Debra McElroy is my first choice for anything housing related. She is the sweetest, most personable, and professional broker I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Not only did she help us buy or house, but sell it as well and I would not have considered anyone else for the job. She understood our wants and needs as well as being always available for any questions or concerns I had along the way. The closing could only be described as perfect timing in a very slowed market in which a similar house down the street was still on the market when ours closed. Debra McElroy was integral in getting our property sold and contract negotiated with us still seeing a profit at the end. The money was also received in an extremely quick and timely manner due to their team's professionalism. If I am ever in the area again I would call Debra for help in all housing matters. She truly is a gem and we are lucky to have gotten to know her! My overall experience was 5/5 stars. The property sold and everything went smoothly with Debra McElroy on our side. There was little to wonder about as she took care of everything we would ever have needed before we would have a thought about it. In the end we came out with a profit and an enjoyable experience selling our home, so thank you Debra!

I was referred to Debra by another agent from whom I had purchased property in Virginia. That agent was not licensed in Washington, DC where I wanted to purchase a condo, so she referred me to Debra. I was thrilled she did. Debra responded immediately and understood my needs from the beginning. She really knew the DC market and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the decision on purchasing my home. She was super-responsive and fast-acting to ensure my offer got the best consideration. I would work with her again to sell or buy future properties. It was a totally positive experience!

We are a military family and Debra displayed a good understanding of what we needed, could empathize with our situation, and showcased her knowledge of the VA loan as it pertained to the current market conditions Debra quickly learned that we were in a situation where we could not communicate until after work. She was very flexible and made great strides to keep us in the loop. Her quick responsiveness is her greatest asset! Debra was on point with how to bid and provided excellent advice when we were ready to bid. This was critical as we were able to purchase our house on the first try which was rare under the market conditions. We definitely recommend Debra to anyone looking to purchase a home in the DMV area.
