Debra McElroy does an excellent job from day one. She personalizes and tailors her approach to meet your needs and is available at all hours to assist and answer questions. Debra knows the market and the Northern Virginia area which allows her to locate the right property and also sell any existing properties that you own. Debra does a great job and she considers you to be more than just a customer (buyer/seller) she is willing to advise, consult and make referrals of different service providers and vendors to make certain that the work is done to your satisfaction and at reasonable rates. Debra helped me close the deal on my single-family and four years later helped me sell my rental property. Debra has all of the key qualities that make working with a real estate company and agent a pleasant experience.

Debra McElroy finds a way to come see me personally even on very short notice, to discuss questions, issues and concerns I might have. Debra McElroy defies the weather and shows up cheerful and ready to give a hug. She always prayed with me when ever we entered the house, put her trust in God, allayed all fears I had about selling the property in a timely manner. I can say that Debra McElroy brought in sunshine no matter how dreay and cold the weather was. Debra McElroy never complained, always had a backup plan, very devoted, very tolerant and always positive. She's truly a precious gem to Century 21 New Millennium.

Deborah was very detail oriented and comforting as this was our first sell. She taught us about the real estate world which is often so very complicated. She counselled us through our frustrations with the buyer. She also helped us understand that some of our expectations were unrealistic. Her ability to be prompt and professional exceeded our expectations. Please give her a raise!!!! I will be forever grateful to her as my husband has been delaying buying a home for years.
