Lifetime resident of North Carolina, Debi has been involved in the real estate industry for many years. In 2010, she decided to take the plunge and get her real estate license. Debi is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, one who is a Doctor of Veterinary medicine in NC, and the other is studying for her Master's degree in Biology at Humboldt University in CA. Debi's hobby is riding her amazing high stepping Tennessee Walking horse through the NC mountains with her friends and family. Debi brings a fresh burst of enthusiasm to her clients. Buyer reviewI was looking for larger tracts of land in the foothills. Some of this land can be rather difficult to negotiate as it was heavily wooded and steep in places. Debi put her boots on and went for the hike with us. I relied on her expertise on market trends, land use, and other things that were important for our purchase. The due diligence items that I wanted to accomplish required the assistance of local professionals. Debi arranged to meet them in my absence and took care of all the details in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Debi Morris again and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase real estate in Western North Carolina.
