Personal Profile

My background and my experience translate to a unique ability to help people make one of the most important decisions in their life - to purchase a new home or to sell their existing home.

I have decades of business experience. As general manager of University Mall in Carbondale since 1996, I have developed and negotiated dozens of commercial real estate transactions to bring both local and national tenants to the mall. I gained expertise in marketing and sales while working in retail management in the St. Louis and Milwaukee metro areas prior to returning to Southern Illinois 25 years ago.

My roots in Southern Illinois run deep. I grew up in Murphysboro and am a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. My late father, Jim Tindall, was a leader in insurance and real estate business communities in Murphysboro for over 50 years. I obtained my real estate license during my senior year at SIU, and am proud to say I sold my first house while working for my dad in 1976.

Being a broker with CENTURY 21 House of Realty is rewarding. For the past two years I have been involved selling homes as a broker in the Carbondale office. My goal is to make every transaction as easy and stress free for my clients. Whether buying or selling a home, investment property or commercial building, please keep me in mind when you, a family member or friend need real estate assistance.
