Deide Nicastro seems to be extremely knowledgeable in all areas and was very helpful with clarifying areas for me. She is very personable, and provided me with fairness and integrity. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a very diligent, hard worker and has her client's best interest at heart. She was very good at communicating via phone call or text message to keep me apprised of areas I needed to address and kept me informed of the buyer's situation/needs also. Her performance far exceeds any expectations I may have had, since this is the first time I sold property. I had complete trust in her handling everything.
