When the prospective buyer was beginning to show warning signs of backing out, Delton was able to assess, from the prospective buyer's attorney, that it was the lender and not the buyer who was at fault for the abnormally slow deal pace. This reconnaissance was calming to me and proved to be accurate - in that we successfully closed the transaction!
