Buyer reviewAs we are the buyers, we are usually adherent to using the owner's broker/agent. However, it is also based upon professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, and whether it "feels right." In this case, all those boxes were ticked off positively at first sight and it became natural to use Delton to represent the buyer as well as the seller.
