Seller reviewWe weren't planning on moving, but a house at our ideal location suddenly became available at our price point. Dena was quick to evaluate our current home and give us a solid list and sale price number. Once the home was on the market we had at least 8 showings in 3 days and a signed offer on the 4th day at the price at which she thought it would sell. The App they use to manage showings and inspections makes the process very easy once the house is listed. I honestly can't believe how easy the entire process was. If only moving was so easy! I am a Raving Fan of Dena and the staff at Century 21!
