I was originally licensed in the state of Ohio in 1990. I relocated to the "Valley of the Sun" in 2004. I became a broker upon arriving and began my real estate career. I quickly advanced within my brokerage, starting as Realtor, then advancing to trainer, then to assistant manager, then to manager.
In 2007, I joined CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills as a recruiter, and in 2009 I became a manager. In 2019, I became a full time associate broker working directly with the public.
I'm committed to providing the service required to help you make educated, effective decisions in the real estate process. I will be your resource for everything dealing with the lender, title and escrow company, inspectors, and keeping track of all tasks required to close your transaction. Please give me the opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences with you to either buy or sell a home.

Seller reviewDenice Casey sent me a card in the mail saying she would like to list my house. I had plans to sell it, but was concerned about repairs I still had to make. I decided to have her come out and look the place over. Denice arrived promtly at the appointed time. I gave her a complete tour of the home and property, and the issues I was concerned about. She explained that it was a sellers market, and she gave me a price she felt she could sell it for and the profit I could make. I decided to go ahead and let her list it. Denice made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The house sold quickly and for more than the listed price.
