Buyer reviewUnfortunately, during our buying a new home we were out bid a few times and their were very few homes in our price range and we needed it now. Denise managed to find us a home that meet our needs. All this with the money and time restraints placed on her to find this home and she did it very well. All along letting us know we can wait and see if something else comes on the market. She was so patient never once rushing us or making us feel like we were a burden. She truly wanted us to be happy with whatever we chose. Now that it is all over I believe the ups and downs of this experience actually caused us to refocus and narrow in on what was really important to us. We are very happy with our new home.

We had a hard time finding the perfect house that suited our tastes and needs but she ended up finding us our dream home when we were ready to give up. All the other houses we found and liked were either already under contract or under contingency but she made the wait truly worth it. We are absolutely in love with our home and the service she provided to make one of the most frustrating events in a couples life the easiest one. We would happily go through the entire experience again.
