The house being sold was our parents' house. Our father passed away unexpectedly and our mother was then placed in a nursing home. Denise Botz was very understanding of how difficult this was for us. She was very patient and understanding when we told her we needed additional time to clean out the house before it could be shown. Century 21 Affiliated is fortunate to have Denise Botz as an agent. I cannot say enough about how she made this difficult part of our lives so much easier. Our lives were turned upside down with the passing of our father. The fact that we had an agent that was trustworthy, compassionate, professional, and kind was so comforting. She definitely had our best interests in mind. As I type this I am thinking about when I was signing the final papers for the sale. It was not easy to do because this was just another part of the finality of our father passing. Denise gave me a hug and put her hand on my back as I was signing the papers. The comfort that brought me was immeasurable. Denise Botz did a wonderful job in all of aspects of the sale and, because of this, the sale of the home went quickly and smoothly. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Denise to anyone that was selling a home.
