Seller reviewWe've used Denise twice. Once to purchase a home and the other to sell. Denise was extremely patient with us during the buying process. She helped us with a great house for a great deal. Denise helped us with the sale of the above purchase. When we knew we needed to sell there was no doubt about calling Denise. She helped us before and we assumed she'd do it again. She advised us on repairs for the house, which we followed. The photos of the house were beautiful. She fought for us during negotiations. We accepted an offer and settled. From listing to close was 8 weeks. Overall it was a great experience.

Buyer reviewIt was a great pleasure working with Denise Gaines, her level of patience and professionalism deserved A . She never gave up on our hope of acquiring a house. My husband and I started started with Ms Gaines March of 2022 and finally found a house October 2023. Ms Gaines is very soft spoken and was never too busy to call, return calls, send reminders, or gave her best advice and recommendations. The papers works seemed a little overwhelming at times however Ms Gaines walked us through them with such expertise. Her calmness was almost like therapy and I pray that the Lord will continue to bless her as she continues her job.
