My husband and I were raised in the beautiful Black Hills and were blessed to raise our three children here too! In my lifetime, I have been a cosmetologist, teacher, mom, wife, coach and now a REALTOR! I absolutely love meeting new people and looking at homes! I love finding clients homes that check all the boxes of what a buyer is looking for in a home! I love selling homes for clients that are ready to move to that next chapter in their life. But, most of all, I love building that relationship of trust and friendship. My goal is to make the transactions as clean and simple as possible.

Seller reviewWe live a long way from Hot Springs. Denise helped us buy this property when we first met her. She also helped us buy a land parcel that we hadn't seen. She videoed as she walked the property and helped us with the negotiation. The sale of the house would have been very lenghty without her help and knowledge of the area. We couldn't be happier with Denise Haden!
