I met with many different realtors in my home search because I was dealing with each home's sellers' realtor and Denise was there to show me one of the homes I found on the app. I wasn't interested in that specific home so we parted ways, but I remembered how eager Denise was to educate me on the process and really put the time in to make sure I understood the journey I was about to embark on. About a month or two later, I went to an open house and fell in love. After I left, I immediately called Denise because out of the 10+ realtors I had dealt with, she was the only one that stuck out to me as a genuine person who really wanted to help me out, and she did!! She was so unbelievably helpful to me throughout the entire process, she really went to bat for me and had no problem fighting to get me what I deserved. I truly could not have picked a better realtor and I have been singing her praises ever since I called her that day. I will continue to recommend her because she was just so pleasant and diligent to work with that I would want anyone I care about to have that same experience. Hands down 10 out of 10! Denise Holleritter is a personal friend, and even though I knew she was new to the real estate business, and new to Century 21 Christel Realty, I KNOW Denise, her work ethic, her determination to do the VERY BEST, and that she would take care of ALL the details and help educate me along the way. I had no concern about allowing her to be involved at this level in the sale of my mother's condo! She's dynamite! Fox Hills made it very difficult for Denise to market this condo, as they have their own special rules, which really put road blocks in her way. She was creative and had great ideas which she presented to the management team there, but they still shook their head and did not allow her to proceed. Denise knew that there were many similar units with a better location within the complex, and so she took it upon herself to bring large outdoor trees to put on the patio to block the view of Route 80. She also staged the bathrooms with towels, etc to make it look warm. Top notch! Denise was relatively new to real estate, and therefore still learning this industry. She was very open with me about her learning curve. However, she always said if she didn't know an answer, she would find an answer from her superior and get back to me...and she always did, in a very timely manner. Denise is a very classy, dependable, hard working, diligent, honest, trustworthy, respectful, friendly, and professional woman --- no matter WHAT she is doing! She's a real asset to your team! Denise switched to Century 21 from another agency, and she was upfront about her reasons for switching... I was MORE than willing to make that transition with her! SHE was going to be my broker, no matter what!

Denise Holleritter was amazing throughout the whole process of finding our first home. She was extremely personable, honest and flexible. She was very knowledgable and was able to educate us on things we were not aware of. For things she didn't know the answers to, she didn't pretend she did; she was always up front and honest and got back to us with the correct answer almost instantly. It was obvious she had our best interest in mind the whole time.
