Buyer reviewDenise is a fantastic agent!!! She always kept me informed, had local insight, had numerous resources to get the job done. Thanks to her hard work I'm in a new home that is more than I expected, I have over 20K in equity before I turned the key , an affordable payment that is less than what most people pay for rent. My home is in a great neighborhood so close to schools that I can see one through the trees in my back yard. She even worked with me to secure my home during the COVID19 outbreak when most things were at a standstill. She is simply a fantastic agent. Denise is a great agent, she had to learn on the fly to help me secure my home during the COVID19 outbreak, I am now a proud owner of a fantastic home. I just went to settlement on March 20, 2020 I know it seem unlikely that someone would receive all excellent on a review like this but it is true she did preform at the highest level for all the categories listed above.

Throughout our evolution, she remained abreast of our concerns, and often times "read" our concerns and formulated answers before any larger concern arose. Very professional, yet open; she would be easily recommended to our friends (and family, if they planned on moving as much as we).
