Seller reviewDenise is an agent you can count on! Her professionalism always impresses me. She is very personable and helpful. She impressed me how patient and how calm and kind she was when dealing with the "surprises" or situations arised out of our control. Denise and her mom are such a power team who combines experience, knowledge, kindness and great work ethics that I have been looking for. She kept us updated on everything from the beginning and throughout the prep work to get the house ready for sale. Then, she was incredible with setting expectations, coming soon preparations and finally ready for showing/first open house. We were beyond excited when we received our first offers less than 24 hours after the first, and only, open house. We strongly recommend Denise as a realtor!!

Buyer reviewEverything was bone to perfection so supportive at every turn all the way down to the welcome basket when we got the keys! It was amazingly handy and such a great thought Denise is at the head of the pack! Once we zeroed i. On the home we wanted she was relentless in marking sure we had everything covered working with our lender and between the sellers agent! When the sellers agent came to pick up his sign he said" your agent was great to work with! " and I said she is the best!! I will go no where else!
