After dealing with Century 21 in Hawaii, we had our doubts about dealing with them again, the service there was very poor, our home was on the market for almost a year, we finally pulled It from Century 21 and put it with another real estate agency and it sold in 2 weeks. We have been impressed on the way Century 21 and their agent, Denise Quinlan, here in Georgia have handled our Purchase! This is the second house that Denise sold for me, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their house quickly and at the top price. But lo and behold we had multiple offers the first weekend the house went on the market. Denise advised me on the best offers and a counter offer that would be the best. I trusted Denise for her skills and persistence since I was apprehensive my first time selling and what offer would work best. Her experience resulted in my house being sold higher than what I initially thought. Denise has not only the business sense, the years of experience and knowledge of the community but is trustworthy in representing myself as the client.
