I'm very familiar with the Berks County and southern Schuylkill County real estate markets as I grew up in Berks County and resided here most of my life. This is a great place to live since our area is considered "rural living" with beautiful views of the countryside and mountains, yet we are only hours away from the Poconos, shore, and large cities. With the current state of the market, it was a little stressful for us, but Denise always set our minds at ease with her knowledge and experience. We felt she prioritized us in that she always made time for us and worked around our schedules. On more than one occasion, she switched her schedule around to fit more showings in for us at the last minute when we requested to see more properties.
