Seller reviewDenise Sponem outperformed expectations at every turn. The sale process was complex, with the many issues an older property can have. But Denise would not waiver, and used her vast knowledge and deep relationships with experts to navigate all of the twists and turns to a successful close. She (and her associates) regularly went far beyond the normal role of an agent, assisting in getting the property ready to sell, lining up contractors and estate sale representation, and so much more. The professionalism and calm that Denise demonstrated were vital to making sure the sale process moved forward, through many unforseen barriers, including holidays during the close. We would recommend Denise without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

She walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the area, and always had my best interest in mind. Now that I wanted to sell my house, Denise was the agent I wanted to work with. That same level of expertise she used to help me buy my house, she used to sell it. She was always available to answer all my questions, constantly kept me updated on house showings and offers, and went through the pros and cons of each offer I received so I could make the decision that worked best for me.
