When I first met Denise I was not ready to purchase my home, due to finances and credit. Denise did not push me or get impatient she simply stated that she would be ready to help me when I was ready. After 6 months when I was ready to purchase I did get in contact with Denise . She is was very helpful in explaining the various phases of my home purchase. I was relocating from Massachusetts to California and Denise helped us select a rental property. Her knowledge of the area was helpful because having never been to California prior, we were unsure of the neighborhoods and which areas would suit our family best. After renting for nearly a year we decided to purchase and I knew we would be in great hands with Denise. Denise was patient and thorough when going to view houses with us and would point out things that we were unfamiliar with since we had lived in Massachusetts for so long. Homes are built slightly different in California and have different utility systems than we were used to. Denise took the time to educate and help us each step of the way. Denise excels in professional communication and was timely with all information. Whether by text, email or phone, she was always available to assist in any questions along the purchasing process and would also keep is up to date with the status of different paper work pending with the seller and so forth. Her communication was timely and fast! One day I remember sending her a text early on a Saturday morning (around 7am) asking if she had time to talk later at some point, and she literally called me within 4 seconds after I hit send on the text. Honestly, my husband and I think she is a saint! (We would often joke privately that we thought she was on the same level as Mother Teresa). She took the time to build rapport with us and got to know our needs (My husband is a Garage guy and she would always know that was the most important space to him). I am really going to miss working with her while we settle into our new place but will keep her in mind as our number one choice if we decide to sell in the future.
