We was ready to give up he was able to get us the other house we really wanted. He made the process of buying a house easy. He was also there to answer any questions we had. Having been a previous Realtor/Broker myself, I know what I want in an agent and Dennis surpasses those qualities hands-down! The knowledge of the properties on his own "turf", in addition to what's outside of that area...is nothing short of amazing.
