I have been a licensed full time agent since 1994 having closed over 1000 real estate transactions. Over the years I have worked with sellers, buyers, investors, relocation clientele, short sales, bank owned sales, move up buyers and first time home buyers. I love what I do especially when I have the pleasure of working with veterans. Having a father who was a veteran helped me grow up with an appreciation for the freedoms that I have. Thank you for putting your life on the line for my country, my rights, and my freedoms. It's only right that I repay you by doing my best to help you in your real estate journey. I am actively involved in my community and have 2 daughters; they are my pride and joy! I volunteer my time at their school every Thursday during the school year and I am actively involved in their sporting events (softball, volleyball, basketball) after school. My church home is at Destiny Christian Church and I volunteer my time there to reach out to our community and those in need. Rest assured, should you choose to work with me you will be very satisfied with the results! I am extremely customer service oriented and am a one stop shop. Seller reviewOur context - my wife and I had been in our home for 26 years and had never sold a home before. We found that overall, selling a house can be a very stressful ordeal. Derek Kirk was very helpful in helping us navigate the process, deal with buyers and other agents, all the while alleviating stressful moments with compassion and candor. Derek was very accessible, which for us was very important. A softening real estate market in our area and the calendar timing of the listing posed somewhat of a challenge.
