Being from the Bay Area made it a little challenging to purchase a retirement home from a distance. It was important to me to choose a realtor who lived in the area where we were looking to buy, in order to really know the market and to be familiar with future opportunities. This was a huge assent for us in finding the perfect home. Our realtor, Diana Caselas, is the best! She was through and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised of up coming properties and let us know quickly when a new one came on the market. Diana made the process go smoothly. She is very knowledgeable about the market and handled everything perfectly. She is honest and ethical. I can't speak highly enough of Diana as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented and good with people. The use of a shared calendar was very important since neither of us live close to each other and the property being sold. Diana created the calendar and this made everything straight forward for planned milestones to be achieved. We truly appreciated working with her. Diana sold the house in 3 days. She had a "coming soon" sign up for three days prior to the Open Houses that took place Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The house sold very quickly. Diana met each of the potential buyers who came through the open houses and made great recommendations for the best buyer. She was a pleasure to work with and appreciated her professional knowledge. Everyone was professional and terrific to work with.
