Diana walked us through the home buying process step by step making us feel comfortable and secure with our decisions. She was also extremely flexible in accommodating our busy work schedules and never seemed put off when we needed to speak by phone in the evenings. We were not the highest bid on the home we purchased, but Diana had written a letter to the seller describing our family. Because of Diana's extra effort, we were able to buy the house despite being out bid! I would recommend Diana to anyone. If we are ever have a need for an agent in the future, we will definitely use Diana.
