It is my goal to provide quality customer service as "your agent of choice". Originally from Stockton, I relocated to Valley Springs in 1989 to raise my family. I began my real estate career in 1999 with Century 21 Tri-Dam Realty. My Realtor® memberships include: · Calaveras County Associations of Realtors (CCAR) · California Association of Realtors (CAR) · National Association of Realtors (NAR) · Amador County Associations of Realtors (ACAR) · Lodi Associations of Realtors. Through these membership affiliations, I have access to and utilize 3 Multiple Listing Services (MLS); Calaveras County, Amador County and San Joaquin County. Ensuring maximum exposure for my listings as well as the ability to expand the search for potential purchasers matching their individual real estate needs. Seller reviewDiana showed great patience. I first contacted Diana at the first of the year. She walked the property with me and gave me an estimated value; I told her I was not ready to list just yet and I would contact her when I was ready. About 8 months later I was ready. During that time I was not harassed and Diana got right on the job. Working with Diana Wheaton, although short. it was very enjoyable. After close of escrow, she contacted me to see if I had any issues or concerns.
