Seller reviewDiane kept me informed of the progress of the negotiations. She made several trips to my former house to retrieve items which hadn't been moved by the moving company. Diane was always courteous, friendly, and helpful. She often stopped by with papers for me to sign or decisions to be made. I'm not sure of some of the topics listed above as my home was in another town, and I was busy moving into my new residence. Diane also assisted me in finding professionals to do projects I needed in my new home. The buying and selling process happened in a short time. I value Diane's help and consider her a friend! I feel she will "go above and beyond" for her customers. Once we found common ground, we really worked well together.
