I would highly recommend Diane for her complete knowledge of Flushing and surrounding area. She knows the history of the area and current marketplace very well. She knows everyone, from the real estate players to the local florist. With that knowledge she knows how to get things done. This home purchase process would have scared off lesser experienced agents. But she got us from point A to point Z, over every obstacle along the way. We are very pleased with the job she did for us.

Diane was so wonderful seven years ago when helping buy our first home that we made sure to reach out to her when it was time to sell it. When I decided to put up my late mother in laws home for sale I had been clearing it out for over a year. She was professional but always approachable. She went beyond the role of realtor and found a home for the last stray cat that lived at the property she was selling for me. That went straight to our hearts and lightened the load as well. Diane has such a warm personality you feel you are dealing with a dear friend. Everything was handled smoothly even at the end when the house was broken into Diane kept a steady head. I was so glad she was on my team. All in all I felt that I was in good capable hands from beginning to end. I can honestly say that Diane Bruner made the last few months of my three year ordeal with the home positive and upbeat.
