DIANE GERMANI is proud to call Newport home because she loves the atmosphere of a college town, along with the history surrounding the mansions, the ocean, landscape, and the diversity of the visitors and residents. She worked in management for many years at Raytheon Company which correlates well with her real estate career as she worked with customers who were interested in products that the company produced and, in Real Estate, she works with customers who are looking for housing products that meet their needs. Diane's background in knowing the customer, negotiating their requirements, and following through on all terms of the agreement enables her clients to have a stress free real estate transaction. Besides being a licensed Real Estate Associate in Rhode Island, she received a BS from Salve Regina University and an MBA from Bryant University.
Diane is independent and forward thinking and enjoys European River Cruises because they are educational and informative as well as giving her an opportunity to meet people from all over the world. She is a member of the RI Women's Golf Association and a member of Wanumetonomy Golf and Country Club. She belongs to Newport Athletic Club and works out routinely. Diane is a member of the Board of Directors for Newport County Boys and Girls Club. Diane also loves the time she spends with her husband Frank, their two children, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Buyer reviewMy husband and I are very busy parents of 4 children. And I owe a nail salon that is very busy and don't have much time for anything. I work long hours and can't get out of the during the day at all. Diane was great working with us for showing of the properties we wanted to see and sending us all the listed properties. Diane would come to me to sign all the paperwork needed. I work late days and Diane would answer to me no matter what time it was and answer all my concerns. We only had Sundays to look at properties and Diane was available to do that for us. She dealt with many bad seller realtors in Cranston Ri and she didn't give up and she stood right up to them and had to pick up their slack. Thank you Diane for everything.
