If I could have chose something better than "Excelent" in this survey, I would've. Diane was everything I could ask for in an agent. We had another agent that just could never find the time for us. Wanted to show us properties through FaceTime. We left them to go with Diane. She was beyond amazing. Quick to get homes looked at. Quick to response to text or phone calls. Available any hour any day. She even spoke to me while she was at personal events. She is truly amazing. She loves her job and it shows. She definitely made us feel at ease in this whole process. I wish I was buying more homes to work with her some more. lol. Thanks to her though, my wife and I found our forever home. God bless you and your family Diane. You are welcome over anytime. We had Diane Gervasi help us to find our home when we had to relocate to NJ. She really knows the neighborhoods and because we were new to the area we trusted her to guide us in the right direction and she did a great job. We found a wonderful neighborhood that we absolutely love! Diane was so wonderful to work with that we decided to use her to help us purchase some properties for rental investments. She is lively, always smiling and positive. I would highly recommend her!

Diane was referred to us through USAA and was outstanding through all aspects of our experience as both the seller and the buyer. Even when we had minor hiccups, she made every aspect of our sale and purchase feel like it was still going smoothly. She went above and beyond to ensure we went to closing with as few issues as possible. I would go so far to say that Diane treated us like family and we felt that she supported us as such every step of the way.
