I am so happy to be working at CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. I have been a REALTOR® for over 20 years and have won many awards, surpassed many goals and love what I do! In my career I have achieved many designations and successes including Top 10 Producer, Top Referring Agent, Centurion Team Agent, Branch Sales Training Director, Office Image Award Winner and my very first year I was named Rookie of the Year. I am originally from Michigan and enjoyed several years in Colorado before settling in Southern California to pursue my Real Estate Career. I recently left Palm Springs California and moved here to Florida to take care of my parents and decided to get into the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant to better assist them. With the recent passing of my dad I decided to get back into My Real Estate Career to continue helping those in need of my expertise in their selling or buying the homes of their dreams... ...So here I am for you! Seller reviewWe have purchased and sold 8 houses over the past 40 years. We have worked with many realtors. Diane is the most knowledgeable and hardworking realtor we have met. Diane not only helped us negotiate and buy our home, she quickly staged and marketed our home. The market is soft, so she worked with other realtors to hold open houses. When we came across any issues, Diane quickly resolved them with her endless list of contacts. Diane went well above our expectations compared to any realtor we have worked with in the past. As a manager for many years, I know how difficult it can be to hire and train great employees to represent a company, the Beggins Team should be extremely thankful Diane has chosen to work with them.
