Two years ago, I worked with her on-line for several months before meeting her in person, but by the time I spent 2 days physically looking at the properties she recommended that fit my criteria, I made an immediate purchase of a second home in Ft Myers and still love it. More recently, I wanted to purchase an investment property in Cape Coral and after a year of calling her for advice and reviewing properties on the market, I only spent one day with her before I knew the house I wanted and, by working into the night and coming to my home with the contract/offer to sign, I was able to purchase the house I loved for the price I wanted to pay. She's a professional and knowledgeable realtor who is there for the client before, during and after the sale. I can't say enough good words about working with Dianne.
