With extensive Education and Experience, Dick is consistently a top-producing REALTOR® in Pend Oreille County and is in the top 15% by volume in the Spokane Multiple Listing Service. In addition to recreational property, Dick also is very active in the listing and sales of residences; homes with acreage; city lots; acreage; timberland, and commercial property. Dick Bockemuehl is a lifelong resident of the community and is a member of a family that are pioneers of the local area. Dick is a graduate of the Newport schools, the University of Washington, Chevrolet School of Merchandising and Management, Mykut School of Real Estate, and numerous additional real estate continuing education seminars. Dick Bockemuehl has worked in sales and sales management for the past 43 years. He nailed the accurate asking price, helped us prepare to sell, sifted through multiple offers...and then helped us through the inspection, suggested qualified local contractors to make repairs and was with us every step of the way through some issues at closing. The result was receiving top dollar from a qualified buyer. Very happy to work with Dick! Dick walked us through two complications with our sale: eliminating the title on our mobile home, and securing a certificate of elevation due to flood plain issue. Very helpful! Couldn't imagine doing this on my own. I think over the years Dick has walked across just about every piece of property at Sacheen Lake, Diamond Lake, Bead Lake and other area lakes and rivers. He really knows the area!
