Seller reviewWe arrived from out of state and selected Dick Lobin from among several realtors. He impressed us from the start with detailed knowledge, research and a plan--which he gave to us in writing to study. It also included a recommended price which was far higher than I had dreamed. Turned out Dick was right. This was a 1031 exchange transaction which was confusing to us; all we knew was timing was critical to saving massive amounts in taxes. Dick Lobin provided common sense explanations of complicated things in a way which made sense. Because our property was old, it needed a lot of work, repairs and fixes. Dick Lobin worked hard and got things done cheaper and faster than I expected. He kept the buyers reassured and the sale on track. He got the sale done faster than I expected -- a big advantage to me. Dick Lobin was very sensitive to things and delivered. I was delighted with Dick's work, would definitely use him again, and highly recommend his services!
