Seller reviewIf I were to buy anther house in Florida he would be my broker as he understood what my wishes were and gave me good information. This was the first time I have had the experience of having a project like selling a home and felt Dick Wilson was an excellent guide. Dick Wilson went above and beyond in obtaining workmen to fix things I thought were necessary for selling the house. Most of this had to be done via telephone or computer. His expertise as a broker was most helpful.

Seller reviewThe only way we can do outstanding work is to be willing to self-evaluate and to strive to continuously learn and grow. At the same time, we must value the time and wishes of the customer. Not an easy task! However, Dick Wilson demonstrates this ability, and he brings the customer into the decision making process. He has worked with me as a buyer, and now as a seller. I found him the same in both situations. I chose Dick Wilson because of his proven record as a real estate professional; and his willingness to listen to my wishes as the customer. He advised me in a manner that showed respect for how I felt about selling my property. I had a plan, and he respected that plan. He listened, and told me what we should do to reach my goal. Dick did this without breaking down my plan; in fact, he encouraged me that it would take work; yet, it was possible. I would, and have recommend Dick Wilson to prospective home buyers/sellers. Seller reviewDICK WILSON WAS ALWAYS A GENTLEMAN. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN SELLING MY HOME WHILE I WAS IN ANOTHER STATE. HE WENT TO MY CHURCH AND WAS A CHRISTIAN. I MOVED OUT OF TOWN AND DID NOT WITNESS OTHER ASPECTS BUT I AM SURE HE WAS PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF SELLING MY HOME.
