When I relocated to SCC, FL, I did not know who to contact to start my house search. After spending a great deal of time on line looking at houses and the broker who had them listed; I was getting nowhere. I called because of the description of a house listed by another broker, not the broker. It turned out that the broker was on vacation, and I was told that Dick Wilson took his calls when he was away. Mr. Wilson was prompt to call me and to meet me at the house in question. That house did not work at all for me; but before I left, Mr. Wilson asked if I would like him to call me if he had houses I might like to consider. I said, 'Yes'. After a few days, I went to the office, and we did paperwork to add me to the Century 21-Beggins Enterprises list of potential buyers. Mr. Wilson was very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable of the full scope involved in purchasing a house. I had only dealt with a real estate broker as a seller, and I learned just how little I knew as a buyer. Everyone I dealt with from the front office on through closing treated me with respect and helped make the process flow well. It didn't take me long to learn that a real estate agent has high demands on their time. What I consider timely, may not be possible. Yet, the things I asked were done. Mr. Wilson either handled the situation himself or had a resource who could. He did not hesitate to contact them. I know the value of working together to provide the best possible service. We didn't know of any realtors in the area and found Dick's name on Zillow. so it started as a potluck selection, but it was one that we can look back on and say we were very lucky to have had him to represent us.
