Dolce Ibarra was our agent for selling our old home and for the purchase of our new home. She is incredible! First about selling our old home... My home was listed and had 6 offers over asking within 2 days, we accepted one of the offers on day 3 - it just doesn't get any better than that!! What more could you possibly ask for?! Dolce told us how to stage it, had pictures taken, and told us exactly what to do - couldn't have been any easier! As for as purchasing the new home, Dolce happened to have a listing my wife and I were very interested in. Dolce was absolutely fantastic! She always kept us up to date on any new information. She always answered my questions quickly, and she handled everything as smoothly as possible. Even her assistants were awesome! Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. They always had paperwork to me quickly, and they handled everything perfectly. Dolce really is a wonderful agent. She is very approachable, friendly, and very patient.
