Donna grew up as a military brat and lived all over the country before her father retired in Myrtle Beach, SC. She attended Socastee High School and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - "Go Gamecocks!" Donna has been married for 26 years to her husband, DeWayne, a native of Horry County. DeWayne graduated from Myrtle Beach High School and is a die-hard Clemson fan making game days truly a house-divided. her free time includes spending time with her 18-year-old son, Blaise, and their basset hound, Camo. Buyer reviewI was looking for newly constructed retirement home. I have been looking at various web sites re Myrtle Beach for a few years and took a vacation there over several summers. I found a new development that had some attractive houses but did not have the time to go down and see them. Eventually, I knew I was able to take some time off for both vacation and house hunting. I reached out to Donna who was associated with a particular development although the homes were not what I was looking for. She did seem have very good local knowledge though so I decided to work with her for my house hunting. I then learned about Carolina Forest through the Internet and studied the development. I made an appointment and saw the houses but I needed an agent who knows the area to learn more about the options. That was Donna who provided me with the local knowledge which eventually led me to purchase a property. She is very detailed, customer need focused and trust worthy.
