Seller reviewI wouldn't use anyone but Donna Bigg. We have bought and sold 4 homes now and she has been right there by my side. I have made money every time. She reviews the market and then listened to me when I decided on the price. She promoted the house, had multiple open houses and negotiated a good deal. I trust her completely. Donna is not only a consummate professional and stays on top of the market, she is also a photographer, designer, stager, coordinator, a wonderful realtor. Donna helped me purchase the townhouse. When I needed help with remodeling it, she helped me with a list of contractors. Then she staged it and helped me put it on the market. It sold in under 2 weeks. 2She is always available when I need her. She brought in a housekeeper when I wasn't up to getting the house ready to be shown and when my friends weren't able to help me move, she worked her heart out in 102 degree heat. Donna goes above and beyond and I trust her completely. You can't get anyone better to work with. I recommend Donna Bigg 1000%.

Seller reviewWe have bought and sold many properties. Never have we had a realtor who performed at Donna's level. She worked tirelessly to make the most of opportunities, suggest creative marketing ideas, and get us the highest price and the most cash for our home. She gets an A-plus, perfect 10, 100% rating! If we were buying another home in the Village or in Central Arkansas, our first and only call would be to Donna Bigg. We are thoroughly pleased with the work Donna did on our behalf. We had high expectations, and she exceeded every one. Our friend was very familiar with Donna Bigg's work, so we based our selection entirely on the recommendation of our friend. If there was a higher rating than "Excellent" we would mark it!

Buyer reviewIt was a difficult negotiation, but Donna explained everything and in fact, came up with alternatives when I needed them. Donna even negotiated with her own commission to make sure I had the home I needed. (But I don't think she should have had to.) Donna was always on time and kept me updated with all date changes between my buyers and the sellers, and we still made closing on time. I trust her completely. When there was a concern I trusted her to solve it and it never became a problem. She had a recommendations whenever I needed anyone and after I chose, she helped me work with them. In fact she helped me design my new bathroom. I cannot say enough about how professional and caring Donna Bigg is. I have done 4 sales now with her and each time she gives me 150%. In fact, she doesn't end there. I am glad to say she's become my friend and my dog loves her. Donna does more for each client than anyone else I know. I will continue to highly recommend her.

Seller reviewDonna completely understands the market and worked harder than anyone else I know. The experience I had with Donna was better than painless. I didn't have to worry about anything. Donna handled everything from beginning to end. She had great advise, staged my house, even helped me clean before open house. Then she took fantastic photographs, advertised it, and posted it all over the social media. I got an acceptable offer within 5 days. When I needed help she had recommendations or did it herself. Donna did above and beyond and I couldn't ask for more. She is a wonderful Realtor and does it all. This is my 3rd sale with her and I will recommend her to everyone.

Buyer reviewDonna Bigg truly understood what I was looking for and focused on that request which helped me stay on track. I was in HSV for the first set of houses we looked at but then had to return to Texas. From Texas I was looking online and Donna was watching for new properties from the village. She viewed the properies and gave me feedback. She made remote home shopping such a good experience because she had quickly picked up on my likes and dislikes. Once we found The One, I came back to Arkansas to view the property before moving forward. Donna was always available, answered my questions completely, and knew tons about the community.
