I was looking for a second home in a country setting with 4 to 5 acres for gardening and a few farm animals, having privacy and plenty of surrounding forest land for hunting and exploring a must. Over a year Donna Cheek sent mutiple listings to us to look at. Donna contacted me about a place that may fit my needs. She sent me a website to view information and pictures of the home and property. I have to say I was excited just looking at the home and land online. We agreed on a showing date and Donna was there to great me with smiling face. The granite house was beautiful the open country setting it was on was outstanding. A seperate garage with room on the end was a plus. Donna was professional and promt throughout the whole process of closing, dealing with contracts and buyers counter contracts. Donna constantly kept in touch giving updates throughout the whole process. As a Veteran my training schedule interferred with inspections and closing date but Donna worked closely with my VA loan Rep. to make sure everything went smoothly. Closing day went smooth and now I am the proud owner of a new country home. In conclusion, I highly recommend Donna, Donna is the first real estate agent I have encountered that really took the time to follow up and help me find just what I was looking for. During the negotiating process, she was prompt in returning phone calls/text and was thorough in attending to every detail. Donna was willing to listen to my needs and find the place I was looking for. Donna has the combination of integrity, professionalism, and knowledge to help a homebuyer find the right place. Donna is the best real estate agent in Kentucky we have ever had. Since meeting Donna we have had many real estate transactions, buying and selling. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty and is friendly, trustworthy and an all around great person. If it was not for Donna and her ability and knowledge we probably would not have purchased or sold any of the properties we have had and do have.
