Buyer reviewI read other reviews of Donna's exceptional knowledge of the area and her ability to find the property that fit other people's needs. I was very impressed and that is why I contacted her. Her response was quick, and positive. Donna is caring and helpful. We enjoyed working with her. We were not present for closing, and Donna had to handle all of the details for us. She did an amazing job and went far above and beyond her job description to make our purchase happen. I have referred her to my daughter and her husband as they plan to move to the area. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone who knows the area, is gracious and helpful, and listens to them! We have a very good experience working with Donna.

Buyer reviewWe were only in town for a week to find a home. Donna Fortney made sure everything ran smoothly from putting in an offer on our home to expediting the inspection (while we were still in town) and keeping us well informed of the progress from beginning to end. She sent many pictures and handled all details extremely well after we were no longer in town. After closing Donna assured us she would keep an eye on the house until we arrive in Yuma, very comforting! We feel Donna Fortney has gone beyond what a normal real estate agent would have done, making our experience so far very positive.
