Buyer reviewUSAA referred us to Century 21 Allpoints and said someone would be in contact within 24 hours. Within about a minute of me hanging up, Donna Huff called! Wow! I cannot say enough positive things about Donna. She was efficient, friendly, tenacious, detail oriented, responsive, and knowledgeable. When we were working through items from the home inspection that the seller's would repair, she was diligent and firm in making sure the important items were addressed to our satisfaction. Donna gets an A+!!! She made the process of home buying smooth and was a wonderful guide through the process.

Buyer reviewWe were first contacted by Mrs. Donna through USAA realtor network as we were looking to buy a house. She was very prompt to give us a call to figure out what we wanted, which area we were looking for, and our timeframe. We were quickly able to reach her back via text, email, and phone calls at any given time. She worked late for us on days that we were trying to send in the last minute offers on some of the houses. She was also very polite and on time for our house showings, and was already there for our inspections. Mrs. Donna was there for us when we were renegotiating, and also gave us recommendations about the property. The documentations were all sent within hours to us. She was also there for us during our meeting with lawyer at the closing and submited to USAA, lawyer, bank, and inspectors for us so that we may have less phone calls and meetings during the hectic moments. Mrs. Donna was also patient, flexible, and understanding when my father passed away and we could not be reachable, and while my wife was going through morning sickness. Overall extremely great and awesome professional.
