Seller reviewWe were very pleased with the services we received from Donna Lacey in the selling of our home. She had helped two other family members in their home sales with great success. There were particular issues with the sale of our house regarding the transfer of solar contracts. We knew she had successfully dealt with these issues. This was critical! We had moved to another state prior to the sale of this property and were very pleased with Donna's handling of many necessary items that we could not deal with in person. Her insight on a "good offer" and one that might not follow through proved invaluable. I was especially pleased to hear from our former neighbors that we had chosen a good family for their new neighbors. This was Donna's doing. Donna's professionalism, knowledge of the market, attention to details and communication skills were excellent. I would recommend her to others wishing to sell their home.
