I was able to purchase a house after a few days of looking because she understood what I wanted and narrowed the search down quickly. Donna explained the processes of buying a house. Her closer, Nate, willingly spent a long time thoroughly explaining the reasons and laws relating to closing costs. Donna was a joy to work with.

She was patient and took a lot of time to help me understand all the paperwork and explained the process throughout each phrase of the process. Donna negotiated so I would be able to stay a few days longer after the sale to make my transaction to my new home go smoother. We became friends throughout the process. I don't plan on moving again but if I do I will call Donna.
