I thoroughly enjoy the real estate business while always keeping in mind I am helping my clients sell their largest asset and make their largest purchase. Most of my business is repeat customers and referral business which says I must be doing something right. Formerly, I was a mortgage broker along with other various positions in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years. This experience has helped me serve my clients with more knowledge and understanding of the entire home buying process. I also was a stockbroker and in the banking industry for many years. On a personal note, I am the mother of 2 grown men and I have enjoyed being their mother, getting them through grade school and college and am watching them now start their own careers and lives. It has been a very rewarding experience and I am very proud of them. I come from a very very very large, child oriented family where raising happy, productive children is the number 1 job. I grew up in the Indianapolis area and currently live and work in Zionsville. She provided me with such valuable information as a first time homebuyer. She knew where to direct me at every step of the way, and helped me choose a loan that was truly the best for my needs. I felt that she was my advocate throughout the home buying experience, and that's why I chose her to help me sell my home as well. As with buying my home, she guided me through the sale at every step. Selling my home was, at times, a terrifying endeavor because money and time were At stake. Throughout the process, I felt that Donna had my best interest at heart and she was always there to answer my questions. She helped me deal with any obstacles along the way, and I loved that she was an expert negotiator on my behalf. I felt that she was motivated to negotiate a deal that worked in my best interest, while still satisfying my buyer. I'm so grateful for the time and energy she put into the sale of my home!

Seller reviewI reside in Florida which made it a little difficult during the sale of my home. Donna was very responsive and coordinated several items that she may have not had to do if I was in Indianapolis. Donna never refused to meet a contractor or inspector at the home when needed. She was Johnny on the spot all the time. Donna was very prompt with her communication with me during the entire process. Donna is still even meeting plumbers at the home after the close of the sale to help coordinate repairs promised to the home owners by me. Donna is a professional and does her job very well.
